Cash or check payments are preferred at White Palm Dental. For patients who request to pay with a debit or credit card, a 3% transaction fee will be applied to any payments made by card. 

We work with PPO dental insurance plans to minimize your portion of payment. Our team members are dedicated to reviewing your policy thoroughly and offering tailored suggestions to help you make the most of your existing benefits.

Additionally, we offer an in-house membership plan for patients who don't have dental insurance. Preventative cleanings, exams, and x-rays, as well as 20% off all other dental services are included with a monthly subscription fee. This plan was designed to give patients without dental insurance the most benefit and savings, while allowing us to provide the highest quality of care. For patients using dental insurance, the estimated patient portion is due in full at the time services are rendered.

We respect your time and ask that you return the courtesy. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we request that you contact our office 48 business hours prior to your appointment. All late cancellations and no-shows will incur a cancellation fee.
