Dental visits can be stressful for a lot of people, but this team does a wonderful job of making you feel comfortable, informed, and genuinely cared for. I especially want to recognize Dr. McGavin. He is a blessing to his field. His patience, skill, professionalism, and compassion stand out in a way that is rare and deeply appreciated. I am so grateful we found this dentist office. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed by the warm, friendly, and helpful front desk staff. Their kindness and beautiful smiles made such a lovely first impression. The office itself is absolutely stunning, and the artwork is incredible. I was so blown away by it that I actually took photos. It was that striking. My hygienist, Kitty, was truly exceptional. She was thorough, patient, and so kind. She took the time to explain everything carefully and made sure I understood, which I appreciated more than I can say. She made such a difference in my visit. Dr. McGavin was outstanding. He was thoughtful, honest, and conservative in his approach, and I never felt pushed toward unnecessary treatment, which gave me so much confidence in his care. I had only brought in an old night guard from another office to show him, assuming I would need to replace it. Instead, he took the time to look at it, understand what was going on, and make adjustments that made all the difference. That level of care really stood out to me, and it fits beautifully now. This office exceeded my expectations in every way.

If you are looking for a passionate boutique dentist office then look no further! White Palm Dental is by far one of the best dental offices I have ever been to. The staff and Dr. McGavin are top notch! My hygienist was extremely knowledgeable, thorough and informative during my exam in which was a breath of fresh air from prior experiences. THEN I had a dental emergency with a dental procedure that I am currently going through late one evening when the office was closed, my husband called the emergency line and Dr. McGavin himself answered the phone to help resolve the issue. He then felt this individual issue actually needed to be reviewed in person immediately, so he actually met us at the office that evening! Not that this would be a typical situation, but this speaks volumes to Dr. McGavin’s passion for his office and his patients. I can’t recommend or thank him enough for his help and sincerity.

Modern feeling office with the latest dental technology. The hygienist was very thorough and shared helpful, practical tips for improving my dental health. Friendly staff and a great first impression of Dr. McGavin. Good vibes all around. Highly recommend.

I just left this office and wish I had more stars to give! From the stunning and modern office, to the wonderful receptionist, my experience was amazing from start to finish, and I have pretty severe dentist anxiety! Kitty was my hygienist and in all of my years as a patient of multiple practices, I walked out of the office thinking I'll never leave this place because of her! Her approach from the start was so incredibly kind and unjudged, she walked me thru every single detail and every step of the way, you could tell that she really wanted me to be comfortable, happy and honest with her. She let me pick something to watch on netflix, which I loved because it helped me relax. Especially because I got to choose what to watch. I was interested and distracted, which allowed her to do her job quickly and efficiently. At the end, she showed me pictures, walked thru suggestions on how to change some of my habits and assured me over and over again that everything was going to be fine! I highly recommend Dr. McGavin and his independent practice. I'm still stunned that I left less stressed than I was going in. Thank you!!

Modern, super clean, independent practice with friendly staff. I had the most comprehensive new patient exam and the most thorough cleaning of my life! Dr. McGavin and Kitty, my hygienist, took their time, answered all my questions and provided useful and actionable information. Kitty did an outstanding job with the cleaning; my teeth looked like they had been whitened after she was finished. I highly recommend this practice for all your dental care needs.

Awesome staff and service! They take insurance, and they don’t try to sell you things you don’t need. They are very efficient with and knowledgeable of the things you do need. Very comfortable office and kind people. I have significant dental-phobia and they made me feel very comfortable.
