Cash or check payments are preferred at White Palm Dental. For patients who request to pay with a debit or credit card, a 3% non-cash adjustment fee will be applied to any payments made by card. Health savings cards are processed as debit cards and will likewise incur a 3% non-cash adjustment fee.
Payments are accepted through Zelle. There is a 3% discount already built into our pricing by paying with Zelle. Payments through Zelle are sent by logging into your bank account, selecting Zelle, and adding White Palm Dental, Business Account, support@whitepalmdental.com as a contact.
We are in-network with most PPO dental insurance plans to help minimize your portion of payment. Our team members are dedicated to reviewing your policy thoroughly and offering tailored suggestions to help you make the most of your existing benefits.
We are not in-network with the Tricare Dental Program. If you have dental insurance through the Tricare Dental Program, we are still able to bill your insurance as an out-of-network benefit, but you will be responsible for the difference between what your insurance pays and our full fee.
We do not accept "insurance savings" cards which explicitly state on the card "this is not insurance".
We offer an in-house membership plan for patients who don't have dental insurance. Preventative cleanings, exams, and x-rays, as well as 20% off all other dental services are included with a monthly subscription fee. This plan was designed to give patients without dental insurance the most benefit and savings, while allowing us to provide the highest quality of care.
